Ee Ling is highly experienced in the science of pharmaceutical manufacturing: Her working career began in medicinal chemistry at SBIO followed by a move to process chemist in technical development at GSK. She then moved on to Codexis, a leading enzyme engineering company, where she led a team of process chemists, specializing in using engineered enzymes for the manufacture of pharmaceutical intermediates and API. 

Following the exit of Codexis from Singapore, Ee Ling then took time out to devote time to her family and had an adventure in which she moved to Glasgow in the UK for three years where she and her husband had a delicatessen business. On her return from Scotland, Ee Ling resumed her career in pharmaceutical companies, including Abbvie and MSD. She also expanded her expertise into formulation of consumer healthcare products in Mundipharma prior to joining Pfizer. 

She currently leads a technical team comprising process chemists, analytical chemists and process engineers providing scientific and technical expertise to troubleshoot process issues, drive continuous improvement, site transfers and new product introduction.
