Fujie has more than 15 years of diverse experience in both private and public practice. He has done regional human resource, corporate hr advisory, managed electronics, logistics, air & sea transport portfolios helping to lift workforce capability at a national level.  In his latest appointment he heads up the sustainability team in Workforce Singapore where the team works across whole-of-government, trade associations, training partners and enterprises to uplift the manpower capability development across all sectors. The team is represented in most government Sustainability related platforms and participate in cross border discussions and sharing at a national level.
