Jing Zhou currently serves as the GM of Life Science for Shugao. Through his over 30 years career in Life Science industry in US, Europe and Apac, he has played various senior technical and managerial roles progressively for biotech companies, MNC consulting firms, validation service firm, process equipment provider etc. He has demonstrated team leadership by building and managing cross-functional teams to achieve long-term corporate goals through human resource management, team building, business development, corporate strategic planning, valuation, negotiation, and operational management & improvement. Possessed solid knowledge and broad operational & consulting experience in new drug development, filing, preclinical & clinical trials, process scaleup, manufacturing, process control（design, validation, operation, and maintenance etc.）and quality control in cGXP environments under FDA, EMEA and SFDA regulations. Experience in smart plant & AI technology application for biotech industry. He has designed and built a few dozen of biopharm facilities worldwide including the 1^st large scale Biological CDMO facility in Asia. Has been involved in several biotech startups including global due diligences and fund-raising. Familiar with the Life Science landscapes in China & APAC.
