Throughout her 18-year career, Shanshan has held various technical roles within consulting firms and major pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, where she worked within the Global Engineering organization and gained exposure to well established engineering and quality systems. With a solid technical background in process and process automation, Shanshan expanded her expertise into the Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory domains, where she has assisted pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in establishing quality systems, remediating quality and compliance risks, and forming regulatory strategies. Through these projects, Shanshan has developed close collaborations with manufacturers, associations, and international regulators. 

She is EMA Qualified Person trained as well as a registered Auditor with IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditor). Shanshan is also a certified ISPE instructor for ATMP and C&Q courses.
