Wilbur Ho is Senior Director of Digital Manufacturing Operations for MSD Asia Pacific Region where he is responsible to deliver a robust digital backbone, enable a frictionless flow of data, and power a digital mindset and culture.  Wilbur is focused on simplifying and automating processes with digital, and industry 4.0 technologies. 

Wilbur has over 20 years of leadership experience in biopharmaceutical technical operations in North America and Asia.  From plant start up to optimizing production, Wilbur has experienced firsthand the practical application of new technology to the industry.  Prior to his current role, Wilbur has held leadership positions of increasing responsibilities in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science and Technology, and Facilities startups in Roche, and Amgen. 

Wilbur holds a Biochemical Engineering Degree from University of California, Davis and a Master Business Administration degree from INSEAD in Singapore. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional.
