Mr. Chen has over 30 years in Engineering Design and Construction industry.  And he worked on both owner’ side and service provider side.  His project experience includes biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage.  He has managed different types of projects for a wide range of leading companies in respective industry.  The scopes of these projects vary from greenfield to brownfield, feasibility study, concept design, basic design, detail design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
