Michael Donegan has over eighteen years of experience in project management, operations management and engineering working within the Medical Device, primary API, Biotechnology and secondary packaging pharmaceutical industries. Recent projects included significant greenfield and brownfield developments, with responsibility for leading multidisciplinary teams to execute work scopes including front-end studies, preliminary engineering, detailed design, construction and commissioning support. Project challenges have included work in live environments, lean design execution, modular design and fast-track schedules. Michael holds a broad base of skills in people and cross functional team leadership and performance management, process and operational improvement, new product introduction and project management.
